|Recommended: YesHousing Placement Process — We live in one of the small cottages on Plum Point. While it is a beautiful home and property, it is extremely small for a senior grade officer Lieutenant Colonel . It is also a very uncomfortable situation with our neighbors, as my husband is the only senior officer on this side of Plum Point. This is unfortunate, because we enjoy everything else about living in this area. As a spouse of 33 years, I feel that you all should place more consideration on rank when placing soldiers and families in housing- it can really make or break the experience for a family.

|Recommended: YesEdgewood Housing — My husband and I have lived in Edgewood housing for a few years now. The staff in the leasing office are very professional and courteous. The community is very quiet, our neighbors are friendly, and overall a pleasant place to live.
Thank you for your kind words.

|Recommended: YesNeighborly, convenient, clean. — We love the place. Once the stovetop and oven are in good working order we will be completely satisfied. Can't wait for my grandchildren to play at the playground just outside the patio.

|Recommended: YesCorvias is awesome — Great staff and place to live.
|Recommended: YesDecent — Under the current circumstances the community has been quite, but it's starting to become more lively again. Overall the property is keep well, but road conditions can definitely use more frequent upkeep.
|Recommended: YesPatriot Village Review — Many folks on my contract ask me about living on post. I always tell them that it is WAY better than trying to find something secure off post. The apartments are old and have some issues but it is move convenient and secure than off post.
To address my rankings , PARKING AVAILABILITY can be an issue. Some folks have up to 5 vehicles per family and it clogs up visitor parking at the end of the streets. NOISE, I understand that noise during the day isn't a violation but sometimes excessive noise is a nuisance. If there is an ordnance for excessive dog barking, there should be a common sense ordnance for those who like to use power tools for hours on end when the weather is nice. Its not a violation but a consideration for others issue. GROUND CLEANLINESS, when I moved in, I notified about the large dead pine trees behind my apartment. Every storm drops more widow makers. On top of possible property damage, dead pine tress are a fire hazard pine tar and needles . CONSTRUCTION QUALITY, well, its a 1960s apartment.. not bad but old.. and the deck is dry rotted and dangerous I don't venture out there . TOP MARKS for all the staff.. from the great folks at the office to all the folks who work all the repairs.. GREAT APG CREW
|Recommended: YesPeaceful, clean, and very well maintained. — Living at Aberdeen Proving Ground is like living in a gated community.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place to Live — Aberdeen Proving Ground is a fantastic place to live. The post is well maintained compared to some of the bases and posts I have been to. So far no major complaints and would definitely recommend staying here.
